Contributor Release

This release is between you and Goodlife Baby LLC, an Arizona company. It covers the stories, videos, photos and words you send us through Mama to Mama, whether by form, video or email (your "story").

Our promise to you

• You see it first. Before your story goes live for the first time, we send you what we plan to share. Nothing goes up without your yes.
• First name and city only. We never show your last name, email address or anything that tells people where you live.
• Your story stays yours. You keep ownership. You give us permission to share it, nothing more.
• You can change your mind. Ask, and we take it down.

What you allow us to do

When you share your story and check the permission box, you give Goodlife Baby permission, without payment, to:

• Share it on goodlife.baby, in our emails, and on our social media pages.
• Edit it lightly: trim it, shorten it, fix spelling, add captions and music, or pair it with photos. We will never change what you meant.
• Use it to promote Goodlife Baby, including in ads.

This permission isn't exclusive, so you're always free to share your own story anywhere else too.

If your baby or anyone else is in your video

Babies make the sweetest videos. If your child appears, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian and agree to share their image under this release. If another adult appears, you confirm they've agreed too. We never share a child's full name, school or location.

What you confirm

• You are 18 or older.
• The story is yours, it's true to your experience, and you have the right to share it.
• It doesn't include anyone else's private information without their okay.

Changing your mind

Email privacy@goodlife.baby anytime and we'll take your story down from our site and our social media pages within 3 business days. Once something has been shared publicly, we can't pull back copies other people may have already saved or shared, and emails already sent can't be unsent, but we'll stop using your story from that day on.

Stories we don't share

We read every story, but we may not be able to share them all. Stories and videos we don't use are deleted after 12 months, or sooner if you ask.
