This policy describes how Goodlife Baby™ ("we", "us") collects and uses personal information from visitors and customers of goodlife.baby.

Information we collect

When you claim an edition or write to us, we collect the information you provide directly — your name, shipping address, email, and any personalization details (initials, dedication, gift note). Payment information is processed by our checkout provider; we never see or store card numbers.

If you join the list for a future edition, we keep only your email address. If you submit a return or mending request, we keep your name, email, certificate and edition numbers, and the details you describe, so we can verify the request and follow it through.

When you visit the site, we collect privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (page views, referrer, device type) to understand how the store is used. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not track you across other sites.

How we use it

• To fulfill your order — production, personalization, shipping, and after-care.
• To respond to questions, mending requests, and gift inquiries.
• To send order updates and, only with your consent, edition announcements.

Sharing

We share personal information only with the service providers required to fulfill your order (payment processor, shipping carrier, email provider). We do not sell or rent personal information.

Retention

We retain order records for as long as required for accounting, warranty, and mending purposes — typically seven years. You may request deletion of your account and marketing data at any time.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by writing to care@goodlife.baby. If you are in a jurisdiction with additional data-protection rights (EU, UK, California), you may also object to processing or request portability.
