By using goodlife.baby or purchasing from Goodlife Baby™, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
The edition
The First Edition of The Heirloom is limited to forty (40) numbered pieces. Each claim reserves a specific edition number at checkout. Once forty pieces have been claimed, the First Edition is closed permanently.
Orders and payment
The First Edition is priced at $2,279 US Dollars per numbered piece, exclusive of duties, taxes, and shipping unless stated otherwise. Payment is captured in full at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (with a full refund) in cases of pricing error, fraud, or inability to fulfill.
Personalization
Hand-embroidered initials, names, and dedications are made to order and are non-refundable once production has begun.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — photography, text, the "goodlife." wordmark, and the Goodlife Baby™ name — is owned by Goodlife Baby LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of liability
The Heirloom is intended for supervised resting, holding, and carrying, and is not intended for unattended or overnight sleep. Use it on a firm, flat surface, with the mattress we provide, and stop use once your child begins to roll, push up, or sit unassisted. We are not liable for injury or damage arising from use outside these guidelines.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
