Shipping

Every Goodlife Baby™ Heirloom is handcrafted to order. Because each piece is numbered, signed, and personalized after you claim it, our shipping is a made-to-order process, not an off-the-shelf one.

Production time

Please allow 3–4 weeks from the day your claim is confirmed to the day your Heirloom ships. Personalized embroidery may add a few days. If you are giving the Heirloom as a gift for a specific date, write to us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate.

Where we ship

The First Edition ships within the United States only. After production, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. If you are outside the United States and want to claim a piece, write to us at care@goodlife.baby — we arrange international delivery personally, case by case.

Packaging

Each Heirloom ships inside its debossed cotton canvas cover, linen-wrapped, and cradled inside a keepsake box. The Certificate of Authenticity and Registry Card travel inside the box, alongside a handwritten note.

Tracking and insurance

All shipments include tracking and full-value insurance. You will receive a tracking link by email the moment your Heirloom leaves us.

Duties and taxes

United States orders include no import duties. For an international delivery arranged with us by email, any import duties and taxes assessed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price.
